It has been a great week having some of our students back on campus for hybrid learning. The return was extremely smooth, and I want to thank the staff at both campuses for their hard work making the return to hybrid learning such a success.

Announcement from Jill Marks

I recently shared with the Board of Directors my intent to retire in June 2021. I am looking forward to that wonderful stage in life where I can shift my focus to family, travel and personal interests!

Dear OPA Families,
I hope you are having a wonderful weekend! As you are aware, last Thursday night, our Board of
Directors approved a plan that would allow our school to open for in-person hybrid learning.
Champions who attended the in-person hybrid program before winter break have the opportunity
to return to in-person learning and follow the same schedule starting tomorrow. Please review
the information below for students who attend in person. Champions that were participating in
our virtual program will continue to attend their classes virtually. This week Thursday and
Friday are both MINIMUM & VIRTUAL for all students due to parent/professor conferences.

Return to Hybrid Instruction

Last night the OPA Board of Directors approved the plan to reopen our schools for hybrid learning on Monday, February 1, 2021. Chancellor's Message January 24th, 2021

Dear OPA Families,
School choice means giving parents access to the best K-12 education options for their children. OPA believes that our Champions deserve an
effective, high quality, challenging, and motivating education. We thank you for making Oxford
Preparatory Academy- South Orange County your school of choice. Please join us in celebrating
school of Choice week January 25th - 29th and share with others why OPA is your school of
choice.

Friday Message 1/22/2021

Thank you for another great week OPA! This week we all witnessed several important milestones as we watched our democracy in action through the peaceful transfer of power to a new president. Our country now has its first woman Vice President, our first African American Vice President, and our first South Asian Vice President. I am so proud to be part of this great nation, where so many more children now can see a bit of themselves in our national leadership.

Chancellor's Message January 17th, 2021

Dear OPA Families,

I hope that everyone has had a restful and safe weekend. As a reminder, Monday, January 18th there will be No School as we celebrate and remember the history and life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

We are pleased to share that the first week back from the winter break and the transition to 100% virtual learning was a successful one! During my virtual classroom visits throughout the week, I was able to see great teaching and learning taking place.
