Thank you all for your patience, dedication, and support of our OPA champions throughout these difficult times. As I reflect about what I am truly thankful for this season, it is definitely our OPA community. Although there have been many challenges to overcome in 2020, our students have remained focused, engaged, and on track for academic, social, and emotional success. You have all played a tremendous role in ensuring that our champions have the support they need to overcome these incredible obstacles. Thank you for all you do. I can’t express my gratitude enough!

I hope you have had a safe and relaxing weekend with your family. On behalf of our SOC staff, I
want to personally thank everyone for their continued support and flexibility during these
unprecedented times. We are one

Friday Message 11/13/2020

It has been a great week at OPA! Students are getting into the swing of thigs with the virtual and hybrid classes and it has been fun to see all of the great learning happening at each campus.

We had a wonderful English Language Advisory Committee meeting on Tuesday evening. Ms. Didion shared information regarding our English Learner program and the different supports available to help our English learners excel academically. Next week at our Board meeting, we are excited to honor our students who have recently been reclassified as English Language Proficient.

for following drop-off and pick-up procedures. In the past four in-person days, we have
significantly decreased the amount of time it takes to drop-off and pick-up our Champions. Enrichment classes will resume on November 2nd. Please use this Enrichment/Club link for

Friday Message 10/23/2020

It has been a great week as we welcomed many of our OPA students back to campus for hybrid learning. It was wonderful to see students in person as well as on Zoom this week! Everyone worked extremely hard to prepare the campus for a safe start to hybrid learning, and it was a great success.

Oxford staff and professors have been working around the clock to prepare for our
new schedule for all students on Wednesday, October 21st. As a reminder, there will be no
school on Monday, October 19th and Tuesday, October 20th, so that staff can get ready to
welcome our Champions and participate in Professional Development activities. Enrichment
