We will be having our Make up date TUESDAY, August 18th from 12PM - 4PM for ALL grade levels.  

Please remember to bring the following: 
1. Signed Emergency Card
2. Signed 2020-2021 Residency Verification Affidavit
3. Proof of Residency (Copy of bill) 
4. Technology User Agreement for Students
5. Free and Reduced Priced Meals Application (if applicable)
