Students need to construct 2 paragraphs.
The first paragraph should answer the following question: Which is the most important amendment in the Bill of Rights? Students should include at least 2 why they think this is the most important amendment.
The second paragraph(FUN DEBATE!): If you had to remove one amendment from the Bill of Rights, which of would you remove and why? Please provide at least two reason and examples to support your opinion.

I have attached a paragraph planner for students to use if they wish to help construct their paragraph. Evidence in this case might be an example you give to help explain your reason/idea.
